Brit, being my 1st appt with her, took the nesasary time, listened and as a result of her professional manner, I walked out with the best hair style I have ever had. Moving forward, as I will be keeping this style, she will obviously cut and style in her in less time. But I am only coming back to Britt because she took the time needed, for a first time client. Seriously, I look amazing. Her skills with hair are only surpassed by her top notch customer service skills.
